When you order or ask a question on WhatsApp or by phone, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, phone number, delivery address, the medicines you ask for and, if you send one, a photo of your prescription.

How we use it

Only to check availability and price, prepare your order, arrange delivery or pickup, and contact you about that order. We do not sell or rent your information.

Prescriptions

Prescription photos are seen only by our pharmacy team to dispense your medicine correctly. Please send prescriptions only to our official number 0308-0866645.

This website

The website does not ask you to create an account. Your cart is stored only in your own browser until you send the order on WhatsApp.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and WhatsApp buttons are used, so we can improve the website. It uses cookies and does not show us your name or phone number. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
